A nurse (GNM or ANM qualified) provides clinical care: wound dressing, injections, vital monitoring, and medical procedure support. A caretaker assists with daily living: hygiene, feeding, mobility, and companionship. We help assess which level is appropriate for your situation.
Yes. Our post-natal caregivers assist with newborn bathing, cord care, feeding support, and basic hygiene. For medical concerns with the newborn, a qualified nurse visit can be arranged separately.
Palliative care focuses on comfort and symptom management for patients with serious, chronic, or life-limiting conditions. Our palliative support includes pain-management assistance, personal hygiene, repositioning for bedridden patients, emotional companionship, and coordination with the family and treating physician.
Pricing depends on the type of care (nursing vs. caretaker), shift hours (12-hr or 24-hr), patient condition, and location. Contact us for a quote — we aim to provide a clear cost estimate before confirming any assignment.
We offer four formats: 12-hour day shift (approximately 7 AM to 7 PM), 12-hour night shift (approximately 7 PM to 7 AM), 24-hour care with shift rotation, and short-term recovery care (a few days to a few weeks).
For any medical emergency, call 108 (ambulance) immediately. The caregiver is trained to notify the family coordinator at Mahara Home Care (+91 7204439333) simultaneously. Caregivers are not emergency medical responders — they support the family in coordinating with emergency services.
